Q: When is the deadline for paper(s) submission?

A: Paper(s) submission deadline is 23 August 2019


Q: Is there any format for paper(s) submission?

A: All accepted and presented paper(s) will be published to IEEE Xplore. Therefore for paper formatting, we will follow IEEE format. If you want to download paper submission format please click here


Q: Are there minimum and maximum pages for single paper submission?

A: For single paper submission, at least one paper contain four pages and six pages for maximum.


Q: Is it four minimum and six maximum already include references?

A: Yes, it is already included references


Q: How if my paper has more than 6 pages? is there any excess pages fee?

A: Unfortunately, our conference restrict one paper just has 6 pages, please revise your paper accordingly for 6 pages


Q: Are there any minimum references to be listed in the submitted paper(s)?

A: At least one paper has 20 references with 5 references published as late as 2014.


Q: Is there any registration fees for submit paper?

A: Our conference are fully sponsored by PLN Puslitbang, first 60 papers accepted will be free of charge


Q: Where can I submit my research paper(s)?

A: We are using EasyChair for paper submission. To access PLN-ICTPEP 2019 EasyChair, you can click "Paper Submission" button on paper submission page, or you can simply click here


Q: Do I need to create an account to submit on EasyChair?

A: Yes, you need to create an account to submit on EasyChair.


Q: I am confused about submitting paper into EasyChair. Is there any guideline on how to submit paper(s) via EasyChair?
